This stuff really works. It helped significantly with my Lyme disease-caused brain fog. I had been taking it for a couple years pre-Lyme. I always thought it helped but wasn’t sure. Then I got Lyme disease with serious neurological symptoms. Because I was taking so many antibiotics and such I stopped taking this to lighten my medication and supplement. Time passed, I had too much brain fog to work and had to go on medical leave. Then one day I decided, why not try taking this again? I really didn’t think much about it. Didn’t have any expectations. So this wasn’t a placebo effect. I just began mixing it in with my morning pill pack and forgot about it. Then suddenly I was thinking and feeling the clearest I had felt in months. It was a little here and there at first but after a few weeks it was truly a major step function improvement. I discussed it with my doctor and he thought it was very plausible given the ingredients. Anyway, now I’m afraid they stop selling this for whatever reason because this is saving me right now and making me function again. Please don’t change a thing about this supplement!

I was drinking a sugar free Monster 12 oz every morning as I do not like coffee. A friend who is into natural supplements found these. I take 2 in the morning. I now drink and unsweetened hot tea on my way to work. They keep me focused. I forgot to mention I have ADD. I highly recommend these. They work well.

I have a subscription to ConsumerLab which is a supplement testing company (think Consumer Reports for supplements). They always rate the Real Mushroom brand as one of the best. I've also read several studies (we need more longer term studies) on Lion's Mane mushrooms and how it can help regrow nerves in the brain. I got these for some menopause brain fog I have been experiencing—-I also purchased just the Lions Mane for the same reason—-I tried it for a month—I could tell it helped in about 2 days—it was an excellent supplement for the brain fog—however I then tried the straight up Lions Mane for a month—it felt even better to me over all—so I have continued it and discontinued this mental clarity product—I would recommend you try it as it is one of the few things I tried that really worked for me—but try the Lions-mane too—it’s also highly effective—they do make you feel a little diffent so it’s good to know which one you prefer.
