GLEENER Battery-Free Fabric Shaver & Lint Brush | Ultimate Fuzz Remover Sweater Comb | Lint Remover and Depiller for Clothing & Furniture (Slate Blue in Carton Box)

I have found this fabric "gleener" to be very effective in removing pills and smoothing fabric. The three "heads" add versatility to the tool. I suggest two improvements: 1) the information for various attachments and the recommended fabric use is in small print and located on the product's box. Once the gleener is removed from the box and placed in the travel bag, it would be beneficial to have an insert to place in the bag for this information. (I cut out the information from the box and attached it to the bag with packaging tape. ) Also, it would be helpful to have a cloth or recommendation for removing the lint or pilled fabric from the gleeners "head". The only way I could do this was to pick it off with fingers. The material contained in the head is abrasive to fingers. All in all, a good product and I am recommending this tool to others.

OMG I purchased this because I needed something for the piling on my sectional which happened to have cost me a pretty penny 😅. I thought this could help by the review but I didn't expect to be able to get all of those tiny fabric balls off. I was brushing the couch saying what the what!!! Why didn't I know about this earlier. I would've purchased this months ago. It requires no batteries and as long as you don't mind doing it lol it works like a charm. The more ypu have I would say the longer it takes but the you don't have to do it all at 1 time. It took me about 45 minutes to 1 hour to do my entire sectional, but I didn't miss 1 inch. BUY IT!!!

I bought this with high hopes and expectations of keeping my woolens clean and presentable. Not so fast! Although it works beautifully I have experienced times when it has created holes in my pressure stockings that I am required to mend. I only hope that these holes that are created remain small in the future so that I can work with them. Otherwise, this device does a pretty good job of removing woolen fuzz balls created on 🧦 socks, sweaters and dresses 👗. The downside is that the work is extremely tedious and seemingly unending. I never seem to get everything, I wear out first! I think it’s a great value, very sharp and effective but I don’t see any way to improve the removal process. Maybe someone will invent something ingenious to solve this issue. I hope so. I have included some photos.

I love my wools and cashmere's.... I also hate the little shavers that are supposed to keep them looking fresh. Today I got a "Gleener". Just used it and simply amazing. It is not electric. No battery. Just hand power with 4 different "heads". In less than 5 minutes my sweater looks amazing. The tag line fits me perfectly. If you don't have one I highly recommend. "Loving our belongings a little longer"

Didn’t work at all . I tried many different methods & used all heads. Tried on sofa & clothes didn’t remove any fabric

Got this to fix the pilling on my sectional- can’t Believe how well this works. Scepticisme aside, this is low effort and comes with three blades. Only used the furniture but if the other blades work half as good as the couch cutter this was well worth 20 bucks. Try this. It made my sofa de-dogged and soft again

This works but was just ok. I think it was outdated.

I bought a new couch for 3k dollars and it started “pilling” and looking rough in the first month. I decided to give this a try and it works like a charm. Couch looks amazing and no rough spots left anymore. It was actually so satisfying to watch the couch go from a rough material all pilled up to completely smooth in one swipe. Now I find myself using it on everything to freshen it up! LOVE this item!

Using it on pilling sheets and it works perfectly, way quicker and easier than a razor.

This is perfect for bringing jumpers back to life. Was also great for pilling on our sofa

Can’t recommend this product enough! I used it on our entire modular corner sofa and it made the sofa look brand new.

This is a useful tool to aid in removing pills however I'm not completely happy with the resulting fabric as it does leave some pills behind. I also found that I wanted to use more pressure to try to improve its effectiveness but this sometimes agitated the fabric too much. I prefer to use the Phillips Fabric Shaver, which leaves the fabric pill free.

I was sceptical at first because I’ve tried different ways to remove the balls on my couch, but this made it all easy and made the couch look new.
