While slow pace of normal walking you have to keep on adjusting your ear buds so that it doesn't fall out pluse there is no ANC given with this price tag. 1k ear buds are more comfortable than this worst good looking ear buds .please please please do not waste your money if you are looking ear buds for jogging or running or even if you walk fast .
