These heated stones are amazing and my clients love them. Make sure you are familiar with the heat levels before you use them.

They dnt get hot enough and dnt stay warm enough to use, I let them cool for 2-3 min and it’s like they were never hot

I'm very disappointed with the condition of this product. I ordered a brand‑new item, but what I received is clearly used. The stones show signs of wear, and the case looks like it had water inside, leaving dark spots throughout. The quality is so poor that I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone …not even my worst enemy.
