A very nice two piece ensemble to be worn for lounging about or outside on days where the temps are warmer than cooler. I do feel like this is 3 season wear apparel. The shorts and shirt are lightweight but not ultra-lightweight. There's a little weight on each item but nothing that will bog one down. Both the shorts and shirt are airy and provides good air flow without leaving one feeling overheated. The material is somewhat thin on both items and when held up to a light source is somewhat see-thru. That doesn't mean you're going to be exposed in any way but if that is a concern for you, then perhaps be cognizant of what you're wearing underneath the set. The materials do seem to be prone to wrinkles and I'm not the type to iron (nor do I own one) so that might be a concern to those opposed to wrinkles. The shirt is what I consider a "v" neck style and the last button ends at mid chest (at least on me) which leaves the rest of the area exposed which isn't my style. The shorts feature a drawstring waist which is excellent. On me, the shorts end just slightly below the kneecap (I'm 5'9" for reference) which is actually shorter than what I'm used to wearing. However I mostly wear basketball shorts which tend to have a little longer length than most traditional shorts, including these. Front pockets are deep enough to handle necessities like a wallet or cell phone. The rear back pocket feels really shallow and not sure I would trust putting anything back there at the risk of it falling out during movement. I went with a size 3X-Large which seems to be the perfect size for me. I'm about a 42W - 44W US waist and not chiseled or toned like the models on the product page. I'm not thin nor do I have 6-pack abs. I do have a bit of a belly and in no circumstance would I feel comfortable wearing the shirt open without wearing another shirt underneath which may defeat the purpose of this outfit. The shirt buttoned up completely is comfortable and maneuverability is excellent. It doesn't feel tight or constricting in the least. I feel if I went with a XX-Large, as recommended by Amazon's A.I., I wouldn't feel much comfort wearing this set. Out of the pieces for this outfit I will probably wear the shorts more than the shirt, if I wear the shirt at all. The shirt just exposes too much of my upper body that I'm not comfortable with. The shorts with a nice tank-top or crew shirt works excellent for me. Overall it's a nice set. Not something I would have purchased otherwise if I didn't receive this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. Looking at this objectively even though this isn't my style of wear I can give this a rating of 4.2 out of 5.0 rounded down to 4.0 stars.
