I bought this to wear under a dress that has a slight lower back than normal & shows a regular bra strap. This fit PERFECT for what I needed. The padding isn't bad & it seems pretty comfortable. I am petite so the shoulder straps are longer than I'd want in a workout bra but for my purposes it works just fine. I would say this has medium support. It would also be nice for shirtless workouts since it offers a ton of movement range in the shoulders. 10/10.

I LOVE running girl. Color is gorgeous ( all colors are like photos) quality is soft , stitched well, insert cups stay put, band is comfy, wicks sweat and is sexy and supportive. I look for these features, wash on delicate, hang dry and have NEVER had a quality issue! I wait until on sale to buy, for price deals but at full price , worth it!!!! Their leggings are great too !!! FYI!

Nice fabric and fits pretty well, but the shoulder straps aren't adjustable. Just a tiny bit too tight for me. I love that it's not a racer back though, somehow those pull on my neck. I'm a 34B and ordered a medium. Normally wear between a small and medium. The medium is just barely big enough.

My favorite products for tennis garments come from this company. Sports bras and long sleeve shirts are the best. Washes nicely and holds it fit and shape. Garments last forever! Super soft and perfect for outdoor workouts. Stretchy and comfortable. Note: Always size up — I normally wear a medium and wear it XL for all of this company’s products. Worth it!

Good quality but sizing is off for me I am usually a large or even medium. This is way to tight smashes my breast to an uncomfortable point . 38 C this won't work . Returning and getting a XL

women - size M - 5'1 height- 134 lbs - 34.64 breasts - 29.13 rib cage They fit very well and support my 1 hour of running and gym. The fabric is soft, the paddles are a little bulky for my test, but they completely cover. The stretch is perfect, and the straps are a little short, which is not a problem for me, but do not squeeze you.

Not for me. I have tried to wear this bra for yoga with and without the pads. My boobs just kind of fly out the top. Thought I could wear it for yard work but it will not stay put. Not sure if it is too big or too small. There are no other adjustments. I suppose if a girl did not bend over or squat or do a forward fold it might work. Maybe for running but not for me. I do like the open back part though.

Stylish and comfortable sports bra! The front is a basic scoop neck but the back is extremely unique. Fabric of the sports bra is soft and does provide support, although I haven’t used it to run. I use this sports bra for Pilates / sculpt. Very comfortable and would purchase another color!
