I purchased 3 of these for my son and his two best friends for Christmas 2025. Obviously it took some time before they could use them. Two weeks ago we all opened, charged and filled up the guns. They worked great…except for one of the boys. His worked for about 10 minutes and then would pump water at all. We tried to clear lines, triple check the valves and it ended being internal. I contacted the company and this is where my review really hits home. The response and immediate assistance in ensuring they had a brand new one shipped within days, the continuous communication with tracking the package with me all the way to it being delivered to my front door was top notch customer service. We had a new one within 3 days and they are all happily blasting each other once again with zero issues. Great response to an unfortunate lemon that was corrected faster than most companies I have ever dealt with.

This water gun is a blast — strong, steady stream and lots of fun for backyard battles. The electric action makes it effortless to use, and it feels solid in hand. My only wish is that the water tank was a bit bigger so I wouldn’t have to refill as often. Still, a great choice for summer fun

I purchased this Gatlin water gun for my son’s birthday, and he absolutely loves it! The power and design are fantastic—it shoots strong, holds a good amount of water, and has been a huge hit during playtime with his friends.When we first received it, the gun was missing the battery cover. I reached out to the company, and they responded right away. They shipped a replacement cover immediately, which I greatly appreciated since it was for a birthday gift.Overall, both the product and customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Hose from back pack came rolled up and the kinks will not come out, gun does not fire correctly because it can not get enough water.

I thought it was a great toy for my son but very quickly I changed my mind-- the hose to the back pack is so twisted in the box I couldn't straighten it out. There was a solid 5 spots the tube was closed shut and wouldn't let water from the back pack come out. The lights also did not work. I returned it within 24 hrs of getting it. I would be ok if it was $30 but definitely not worth the gamble and headache for $80.00
