I ordered the G3 and there was an issue with it when setting it up. Emailed the company, and I had a reply in less that 30 minutes. They had a few questions with regard to the issue and advised me they were sending me a new one. I love this Mp3 player, which I am using specifically for the Libby App. Now my phone battery will last much longer. Again, cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the MP3 player.

Failed to recharge after 2 months of use

Do not waste your money on this product or with this company. Don't believe the reviews either. This was a Birthday present for my 11 year old. I checked the reviews, the player as a device seemed perfect fit for what we wanted, namely all the parts of a cell phone without actually being a cell phone. in effect a cheaper version of a reconditioned Ipod Touch. The first device arrived and my child was really happy with it for about two weeks. Unfortunately it stopped working, would not turn on and would not charge. this was after about 10 days of use. My child child was afraid my feelings would be hurt bringing this to my attention, so it was a couple of weeks before i found out.. When I did find out the 30 day warrantee period had just expired. I wrote to the Seller and Amazon explaining the situation and asking for a replacement device. I heard nothing back... from either entity. Have you ever tried to contact Amazon post return period or a company through Amazon?. It's a crazy experience!!!! It's been made so insanely de personalized and convoluted, It's a system Joseph Heller must have thought up.....The seller was impossible to reach directly. I'd rather gouge out my own eye than go through that pointless frustration again. Assuming it was just bad luck and given the reviews, i took my lump, sallowed hard and purchased a second unit. Why, because I love my child and wanted them to have at least "a better late than never" birthday gift. Infuriatingly (and yes... shame on me), It's now 10 days past the return window and the exact same issue has occurred. Innioasis and Amazon hear my frustration and my son's huge disappointment. Also selling crap that does not work especially electronics, you're killing the planet, pissing our precious resources into the wind, misleading and in effect coning the end user. Bilking the consumer out of money by providing something that does not live upto any kind of reasonable exception and By having zero; ZERO accountability as you can't be reached for reasonable conversation . Shame on you. This is why class action suite's exist. Here's hoping one day. It would have been cheeper to actually purchase a reconditioned I Pod Touch from a reseller with a 1 year warrantee, it also would have been a lot less frustrating... you get what you pay for!
