Why does the power bank charge devices fewer times than expected?

There is energy loss during power conversion. Also, battery aging and fast charging will reduce the actual charging times.

Please drain all power from it, then fully recharge to activate the power bank.

Why does it take so long to charge the power bank?

The charging time depends on the wattage of your wall charger. Please use a 20W or above charger together with a fast charging cable to charge the power bank. A green PD mark will show on the screen when the power bank enters fast charging mode.

Can this power bank be taken on planes?

According to FAA regulations in the US, power banks over 160Wh are not allowed on flights.
