Very flavorful. Love this stuff on potatoes. Excellent quality. Nice aroma. This size container is great for home use. Good value.

Even though it is marketed as "steak rub", I found it to be an amazing rub for brisket and beef dino ribs. Black salt and active charcoal helps produce an amazing bark and rosemary helps elevate the taste from typical SPG used in most brisket rubs. Highly recommend!! The only con is that the salt level is on the higher side so be cautious of that.

This is the third seasoning that I have tried from Fire & Smoke Society and like previous two experience (Thundering Longhorn and Black & Tan), this one is amazing as well. As the name suggests, it is a Mediterranean seasoning so different than most other regular meat seasoning. It one features a mild flavors like oregano and rosemary that are ideal for lamb and chicken. Salt level are just perfect as well. I would have liked more course texture but current mixture works well. I used it for making rack of lamb on charcoal grill and it turned out amazing. My suggestion is to use Olive oil as the base and then use this seasoning, it brings really good herbal freshness and taste.

I love this stuff on steak and brisket. My wife says it’s just salt and pepper so I have to remind her that it’s not just salt, it’s Hawaiian salt. Anyways, check the container size to make sure it is what you are expecting. I thought it was going to be larger than what I got.
