Reaction to adhesive.
Caution. Beware of the adhesive on these pads. It’s SUPER strong and adheres to your skin very well - too well. The photo shows the reaction to the adhesive. This is the same reaction I have to latex gloves. It’s been three days since wearing and still the reaction persists. You can clearly see the complete outline/square.

Love these
The instructions clearly state not to wear for over an hour so those with reactions it’s because they slept with it on etc. I’ve had a welt like reaction when leaving it on over an hour. Also taking off in the shower letting it get wet alleviates the pull of the tape. These don’t leak and are so handy.

Hurts to peel off...
These things will not come off, let me tell you that much! I use them for putting castor oil on and it really feels like the castor oil stays on my body and not into the sheet but man, these hurt to pull off and really wax you when they do.

They leave a stain
I love the confidence of being able to put these on after slathering them with castor oil but I hate that there’s this huge stain left on you from the adhesive. The entire area is black.

Pulls the skin!
It's like ripping off the bandaid... Ouch! But they 'are' more convenient than the cloth, if you can stand taking them off. May be more useful for traveling.
