Quality bands
These bands came packaged nicely and include a bag to store them in. They have a detailed demonstration booklet, which I found to be very helpful as a beginner. The bands themselves are top quality. They feel very durable, and are easily distinguished by color. They are easy to clean after use, and they don't offgas any noxious odor. I bought these to increase muscle after a cervical nerve pinch took me out for a few months. I gained a lot of weight, and lost a lot of muscle. These bands have helped me do gentle exercises that don't aggravate my injury.
