I'm 66 years old and developed thick skin and flaking, originally in one spot in my eyebrow. It eventually spread to both eyebrows, slightly along my nose and inside my ears. Dermatologists told me to use OTC Cortizone cream. It did almost nothing. I finally found this soap and thought I'd give it a try. I was shocked how well it worked. I use it when I take a shower, washing my face. It pretty much has eliminated the flaking in my eyebrows and redness. So far, it's eliminated the flaking in my beard also. Didn't expect that. I still have an area near the edge of my scalp I'm working on. I have pustules and some flaking around the edge of the scalp that may be a different problem. But I HIGHLY recommend giving this soap a try for flaking around the eyebrows. I've used it to wash inside my ears, and had mixed results so far. It's reduced the heavy skin thickening somewhat, but hasn't yet eliminated it.
