I have been enjoying this brand of granola bars for over 40 years! Yikes! How old am I?! lolPersonally, I am severely allergic to all kinds of nuts. I have always been able to eat Nature Valley Granola Bars, Oats n' Honey Variety, without any issues.They taste great!Real good texture for a granola bar. Not too hard, and they are NOT soft. They have a good granola crunch.I am not diabetic myself, but my spouse is. And they have no issues with blood sugar spiking with these bars.The size of the package is just right for Snacks and carrying one with you for "on-the-go"These hit the spot and have saved me so many times when I am out and hungry. Or about ready to leave the house and not wanting a meal, so I can always head off that hunger with these.My grandmother gave me one of these when I was younger. From there, I was hooked!To have them delivered to your door is fantastic in itself. But getting them at the price Amazon sells them for is truly a Great Value for your Money!
