This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

Love this stuff
This tastes awful but I'm giving it 5 stars because it works. My first time using this product within a couple hours I felt a subtle difference in my mood. I felt happy. Then checked for moisture ;) and it was great. After that I tested it out with my boyfriend and him not knowing about it and he was well pleased since experiencing dryness.

It tastes like honey and improves energy
I almost didn't buy these because I don't like Strawberry flavour that much. Also quite a few reviews complained about the texture being too 'gritty' , as the honey crystallised. Re the Strawberry flavour, I can't taste any. Re the 'gritty' texture, I put the sticks in about 70ยฐC water for a few minutes, which returns the texture to runny honey. It's sweet, but I just drink a glass of water afterwards, which makes it okay (honey is sweet ๐). I already ordered my 2nd lot.

Good Nutrition
I was using the Shilajit Sticks without Organic and a friend told me to try these with honey. More pleasant tasting. It gives me the energy my body needs and other minerals we no longer get from our food. So glad I found Shilajit to assist with my nutrition needs. Extremely effective in my weight loss too!
