Do these pretzels in the bag taste different than the sourdough in the box?

There 2 hard u can’t even break them I would never buy them again I eat the olde tyme

Is there a difference between the boxed or bagged Snyder's of Hanover Sourdough hard pretzels? Looking only for this question answered, not a review.

These are thicker than the regular pretzels, maybe slight smaller diameter like of the pretzel rods. The boxed ones are much thicker and heartier. I love the boxed sourdough!

It is not good and fresh can I return it

Mines were fresh well within the expiration date. They are crunchy and hard.
