Totally love these bracelets and for the one question I get from everyone, yes they do actually work. It took a little time setting up, but once it was done, it was smooth sailing. It does disconnect from blue tooth on its own but that could be my phone, im not sure, but all in all amazing product for those that have long distance relations.

These are beautiful, but there are a few things you should know before purchasing them: 1. You can’t connect more than one set of 2 to the same device. I purchased 2 sets (one for my daughter, and one for my stepdaughter). I assumed I could download the app on my cellphone & maintain them both through a single device. No. Thankfully, I also have an iPad - so my daughter & I are connected via the iPad, and my other daughter & I are connected via my iPhone. However, if you don’t have 2 devices, you can’t have 2 Totwoo sets. 2. They disconnect from Bluetooth at least once daily. They’re simple to connect, but it’s frustrating to have to “unbind” & start the connection process over again. And again & again…. Those are the 2 biggest issues with these. When they’re working, they’re not only fun, but you can remind someone easily how important they are to you! I love the concept behind them, but I think they still need some “back to the drawing board” moments. I’m currently wearing 2 bracelets. They’re beautiful, stylish, and I get loads of compliments on them. My daughter lives 2 1/2 hours away, my stepdaughter lives 11 hours away. When the bracelets are connected (Bluetooth), distance isn’t a problem. They work through your device. I gave these 3 stars rather than 5 because of the frequent disconnects & the necessity for 2 devices. * EDIT / UPDATE: Following this review, I received a very pleasant email from the company’s Customer Service, apologizing for the issues I was experiencing & offering to fully refund both sets. I felt that was beyond fair, and emailed them back. I opted to accept a refund on ONE set only, as I love the concept of these bracelets. Totwoo has given me instructions on “rebinding” or reconnecting the jewelry, and I have done this several times. Annoying, but easily resolved. I am very impressed with their customer service & support - because of that, I can recommend them! I’ve also changed my overall rating to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!

Se conecta muy facilmente al telefono y permite personalizar su app para elegir los colores y señales para decirle a tu pareja que estas pensando en ella, la extrañas, etc. Lo recomiendo mucho como regalo de aniversario o para conmemorar un dia especial para parejas que viven a distacia.

After a few weeks of using these Totwoo bracelets, me and my fiancée absolutely love them. We use them a lot every single day. They’re a sweet way to say “I love you” when we’re too busy to text, and sometimes we even tap them just to playfully annoy each other—it’s turned into a funny little love game that lights up our wrists. That said, I’m disappointed with how cautious I have to be with water. For how expensive these are, I expected at least an IP68 rating. Instead, the manual even says to remove them before showering. I don’t feel comfortable wearing mine in the rain, mud, or anywhere near water, which really takes away from the everyday practicality. For the price point, they should absolutely be waterproof. If they were, I’d never take mine off. I’d happily buy another pair for us if Totwoo upgraded them to IP68, but as they are, I can’t justify the cost for something so delicate. I’d love to give them 5 stars for the connection they bring, but the high price combined with not being waterproof knocks it down. 3 stars is the best I can do.

One of the two bracelets I bought to stay in touch with my daughter has NEVER worked correctly. After several attempts to get a replacement, the company stopped communicating for several weeks, then told me I was outside of the window for a return or replacement. Fortunately, I was in communication with my daughter. If this was a relationship bracelet, I can imagine it being the root of many arguments. This has been a VERY disappointing experience, and I feel complete SCAMMED. If I could give this product a zero star, I would.
