6 years with Lyme using various A-B's and herbal cures to try and knock it down. A-B's did almost nothing for me. Several herbal cures helped, but not for long. I decided it was time to try some heavy artillery like the Cowden program. It is expensive, 3-4 times what the other herbals cost, but after having Lyme for 6 years I was ready to do anything to get rid of it. Today I am 10 days into the program and so far I am very impressed. I have no joint pain right now. The herx reactions have been minimal. I also seem to have a boost of energy that had been missing before. For me the hardest part so far is drinking 3 liters of water a day. I feel so bloated. But I know it is essential to wash away the bad stuff so I endure. My impression so far is that this program is well thought out to take into consideration killing Lyme and possibly co-infections, detoxing the bad stuff out, and minimizing herx reactions. Oh - I am even sleeping better now too. Very encouraged and motivated to do Month 2. Thank the Lord I can afford it. So now I am about 3/4 through Month 3 and things got a little bumpy after changing herbs and upping the dosages per the plan. Head aches have increased as have fatigue and even joint pain. Sometimes I take the Burber Pinella when this happens and I notice an improvement. One other side benefit is that a long standing issue with candida seems to be getting better - I just read that candida makes bio-films too so this might make sense. I ordered Month 4 and will be moving to start that soon. I hope to report back in about a month.

Only about 3 weeks into first month, but I think I am feeling positive effects. I believe I have been having a flare-up of Lyme and/or co-infections, and symptoms (joint and muscle pain, itchy skin, chills and sweats, fatigue, chronic phlegm in throat) are waxing a waning as I ramp up on the different antibiotic herbs, but overall seeming to get better. Will be much better able to assess in another month or two. BUt I'm encouraged.

I've had Lyme and went 4 years untreated even then it was only 3 weeks doxy. Life was fn hell. Litterally I thought I must be in hell. No food(many made me get Lyme brain), couldn't exercise, lost my marriage, constantly in Lyme funk fog, manic, constant pain, bed ridden mostly. Horrible. Anyways I got so bad and so skinny a friend saw me and paniced and ordered this stuff. I'm just finishing month two. I'm a different person. My diet is so much more forgiving and foods don't make me sick or neurotoxic. It's so nice to eat sugar, bread or cheese once in a blue moon and not have to pay for it. I am no longer constantly suicidal!!!! Not at all!!! I don't want to die! That's a huge deal. I wanted to die every day all day. I can't say enough about this product as I go into month three. The price is so small in the long run. I can get my life back! I can see it! I still have a ways to go, it's a pain to do it 4x a day but suck it up buttercup you can get through this! There is actual, real, factual HOPE. Something we Lyme sufferers are relentlessly robbed of. Don't give up <3

I suppose I was curious and desperate enough to order this, but I seriously regret this purchase. My husband has a Positive PCR test for Borrellia, Osp B, and Osp C, (Lyme), Babesia Divergens, Bartonella Bacilliformis. He is currently very ill with a misdiagnosed ALS diagnosis and treatment. I thought herbs would be a gentle form to introduce treatment for Lyme and coinfections. This had no effect on anything for him, other than pissing him off because they taste so bad. Save your money. Put it towards testing to determine the pathogens to treat. FYI, my husband was negative on the CD57 test, except for a very high band 41, (this is the flagellate material indicating definite pathogens), so a PCR test is well worth the money to determine the specific pathogens and protocols for treatment. If you have Lyme look into the Wiegman protocol, (minocycline and tinidazole) and treat the other coinfections properly with the current pubmed protocols.

I am a person with Lyme disease, I really wanted to treat it with something powerful but natural and the Cowden protocol seemed like a very good option, upon starting the protocol I found it easy to follow the instructions (included with month one) I really liked the checklist format. And I could tell within the first week that it was making a difference because of my herx reactions (they were mild though!). From my own research and everything I can tell the Cowden protocol from nutrimedix is aimed at reducing biofilm, immune/ systemic support, and detoxification in the body- these herbs all work together really well to meet these needs in combination with dietary changes outlined in the introductory manual/ checklist. I will be continuing with the Cowden protocol through month 9 unless anything changes.
