I have an iMac and this worked perfectly to set up four monitors. Love it!

I was impressed with how easy this was to set up. I use 3 monitors (2560x1440), figured I would run into some sort of issue. I've used other docking stations in the past and always ran into issues. I just love having one cable to plug in for charging and all of my devices. Worth the price.

The company no longer exists, and the company (ivanti) that took them over will not support WavLink products. None of the claimed video support is there. None of the links for software download tools exist any more. Pro: o Power output and Ethernet at least work Cons: o Claims it can support multiple 5k video display port connections. Can not even support a single 2k HDMI connection. o Claims it supports Thunderbolt 4. Can not get a Thunderbolt connection at any level. o Company no longer exists. The company (Ivanti) that took over their assets does not support this product. o The instructions tell you to download software tools to trouble shoot issues, but none of those links exist any more. o If you could have gotten access to the software you will learn you have to disable your OS security that prevents you from being recorded for it to work.

Its solid, "worked" out of the box. I thought I had found a good dock for me but learned that after it got hot the ethernet would start cutting out and would limit me to under 100mb on a 2.5gb ethernet line. If I shut the dock off and turned it back on the internet went back to normal for a little bit till it got hot again. If I switched to Wifi (which is provided by the laptop, not the dock) I got better internet than this 2.5gb port. Also I learned that when you turned it off it made a VERY LOUD hum for the bose speakers I had plugged in. This is not correct, there should be NO sound produced by the dock. I really wanted to like it but this is a big NO with these issues.

I had a problem with the internal circuit board where if the unit case was manipulated, the video output would work and the ethernet port would show input/output activity. However it's only brief and consistently not working. Tech support for the product simply looped me to an online series of steps basically saying to check cable connections and firmware. All my cables are new, and everything functioned with no issues on a Dell brand docking station. I'll just keep my original setup. This is being returned and I will not utilize this brand in the future... nor would I recommend it.
