Nutricost Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 500mg, 240 Capsules (3 Bottles)

I have used several Nutricost supplements and have generally had a good experience with the brand, and this Vitamin B5 has been no different. The first thing I liked was the quantity. There are 240 capsules in the bottle, and with only one capsule per serving, one bottle lasts a really long time. The capsules themselves are pretty straightforward and I haven't had any trouble swallowing them with a full glass of water. I also appreciate that I only have to remember one capsule rather than taking several throughout the day. It makes it very easy to add to the other vitamins and supplements I already take. The bottle arrived properly sealed, the capsules were in good condition, and there wasn't any strange smell when I opened it. Everything was clearly labeled, including the amount of B5 in each capsule and the suggested use. I also like that Nutricost has this third-party tested and that it is gluten-free and non-GMO. With supplements, I don't expect to take one capsule and suddenly notice some dramatic overnight difference, so I can't really speak to any specific health results. What I can say is that I've found this very easy to take consistently and haven't had any issues with it. For the number of capsules you get and the convenience of a single-capsule serving, I think it's a good value. I'm happy with it and would get it again.

Easy to swallow oblong capsules, no bad aftertaste. I bought these as a natural dupe for Accutane because I was struggling with hormonal cystic acne and I am very happy with the results. Rarely get any large painful nodules since I started taking it. This is my second bottle- they last a long time at 1/day and are very affordable. Also doesn’t dry out your skin like accutane does. Added bonus is if you take it when you get up in the morning it gives a little energy boost.

以前は別のメーカーのパントテン酸を飲んでいました。 最初は何ともなかったのですが、段々独特の匂いが気になって飲むのが苦痛になってしまったので、今回はこちらを購入してみました。 まだ匂いは気になっていないので、しばらく継続してみます。 一方で、パントテン酸を飲むと顔の皮脂量が改善されるというのをどこかで見ましたが、私の場合は何も変わりません。 逆に本当に改善された人いるんかってくらい１mmも変わっていないので、そういう目的で飲み始める場合は、あまり期待しすぎずに購入されることをおすすめします、、
