They work well! I didn't know what to expect. First time with a senior dog that has 'old man dribbles' as the vet so kindly diagnosed it. I have a 55 pound husky with not a ton of muscle mass left around his lower spine but I got the extra large. I am happy I got a big size because I was worried about the elastic bothering him if he wore the band overnight. I like that there is a huge amount of velcro so there is a wide variation of how tight or loose I can fasten it. I keep it tight enough to catch the dribbles but not too tight as to leave a mark form the elastic. Since it's my first time with this type of setup I bought disposable 'pads' for the inside but I don't think they are needed. I am happy with this brand and the quality and softness of the products. You can see by the pictures I posted that my little Scoops is comfortable in them too. Worth every penny.

Arrived with Velcro not fully sewn. It will pull off more each time it is used. These are usually a good product. Absorbent and snug on my dog. He seems quite comfy in them. Been using them 2 months now with no leaks.

absolutely worthless the manufacturer sizing is wrong they claim they were extra large when they fit like they are large i did measured according to their chart will never purchase again total waste of money

Product is well made using high quality fabric. It has adequate absorbing capacity to prevent leakage. Velcro closure is up to the job. Be sure to measure carefully— the measurements of the wrap are accurate, but the XL designation gave me pause when ordering. I wouldn’t characterize my little Corgi mix with anything sized XL.

They are good. He does not try to take them off and he has not peed since I put them on lol

My dog is not overweight, but he does have that sort of bulldoggish round shape through the belly. As a result, I have to buy a pretty big size to get it to fit him, and even when attached snugly around the thinnest part of him, the width that his belly provides toward the front effectively provides a path for the diaper to slip right off over his little hips. They simply will not stay on my dog. I can't speak to the absorbency or effectiveness because every time I turn around, my dog has slipped right out of them and peed in my closet again. Sigh.

Have an older male Springer with some incontinence issues; bought these in both Large and Extra Large for room to breathe. The absorbent part has done its job well, no messes in the house. The problem we have is the velcro strips are tearing away from the fabric; the velcro to itself is quite strong, excellent job there. However, the stitching needs to be reinforced to keep the velcro from tearing away from the belly band. I'm handy with a sewing machine, but shouldn't need to fix 2 of the 5 after only a week of use.
