As far as energy/focus/nootropics go, this a very solid blend that you will absolutely notice. It has personally replaced most everything for me, I still do coffee and tea but I would rather have a scoop or two of this over the rest. I actually stopped buying cans while im out all together because most all of them leave something off the table and they dont have the same value to me anymore.Flavors are actually unbeatable. As an ex gym rat ive had a lifetime of powdered everything and the taste of these is absolutely peak.Also price point is supreme value, these little tubs always seem to last longer than you think and I always seem to have those last few scoops there for me when im waiting for the next order to arrive.Can't recommend enough.

A daily supp I have incorporated into my life. I enjoy the dragon fruit flavor a lot. A simple scoop in my water bottle, a quick shake, and good to go. It has a pleasant smell and fixes smooth with no gritty after taste. I take in afternoon for the rest of day push, it helps lock in focus and energy boost is a plus. Never had any side effects or has it ever bothered my gut. Again been using this product for a very long time now.
