What is the strength of this coffee on a scale of 1 - 5 where 1 is light and 5 is very dark

About a 3 lovely easy drinking coffee, great flavour obviously not as special as the real Blue Mountain which is very mild.

What is the best way to store coffee beans

Having lived in Italy for 13 years I found the best way of keeping coffee beans in its original package stored inside a sealable container. If it gets really hot (over 28 degrees) put in fridge but then you must leave it there. Alternating between hot and cold is no good in a container. I find it rarely gets that hot in the UK and I finish the coffee quicker than I think!

are the beans roasted

Yes. Beans are supplied roasted. For experienced coffee makers, you may observe that there is a variety of depth of colour, showing that some beans are lightly roasted whereas others are roasted quite darkly. This provides an overall grind of acceptable flavour, although I prefer a light roast as in Kenyan beans for example.
