I’ve been following Dr. Ellie’s tooth care system for about a month. I bought everything that she suggests we use to help us with our teeth and gums. I love the taste of the Zellie’s Spearmint mints. They are refreshing and have just the right amount of mint flavor. When I chew them, my mouth immediately begins to make saliva, and they keep my mouth moist during the night. I generally am a mouth breather and my mouth gets so dry while I sleep. These mints have really helped in that regard. Since I’ve been using the mints, my teeth feel shiny and smooth. I wake up with nice smelling breath too! I would highly recommend these Zellie mints. NOTE - please keep these away from your dogs as they are highly toxic to dogs.

Tasty mints with xylitol are good for your teeth. Unfortunately the xylitol is too much and doesn’t agree with my stomach. Dangerous and deadly for dogs.

I really like these. They’re tasty and easy to have on hand for after a meal. I have been hearing mixed messages about xylitol lately though and that it might actually be more harmful than helpful for teeth. I was a little weary when I first heard Dr. Ellie Phillips promoting these and conventional toothpaste. I was in a place where I wanted something easy and this was it. Maybe they’re somewhat helpful, but I’m going to do more research before buying another bag this year.
