The size is great! my 3 kids are 5 and under and they love this playhouse! They use it all! Love how the kitchen comes with some accessories and the picnic table fits 2 out of my 3 kids lol. Super easy to assemble. It took me about 2 hours by myself. Made from durable material. The only thing, the hole on the bottom of the mailbox was bigger than the stick that holds the mailbox so it wasn’t holding. Maybe some wood glue will help it stick. Love this play house for my kids!

Do not buy! This house is horribly cheap quality and we worry that one of our kids will be hurt on it. The mailbox splintered and broke during assembly. The one planter box broke off and left the wood splintered. Nails are sticking through the roof and sides. The picnic table started coming apart. This is not at all safe for kids of any age. Very unhappy with it and we’ve only had it for a couple weeks.

My 16 month old loves this! Starting off with the good. The whole thing is cedar wood so it's relatively weather and pest resistant. The sink is super fun and he loves the picnic table! The assembly was straight forward and we had no issue with wood splitting or anything not going together like is should. All in all pretty nice for the price as most playhouses are in this price range. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me: the mailbox though nice is top heavy and falls over easily so keep that in mind. I couldn't find this in the description anywhere but the sink does need 4 aaa batteries for the pump to work. It also came with some pretty small fake food items that I do not recommend letting littles play with as they can easily choke on them. Cedar is a softer wood so be careful not to screw anything too tight, the wood might split. All in all it's a nice play house and my son loves it.

Very cute little house, but things started to break and it hasn't even been a year yet. Had problems with the little door and my daughter had to end up taking it off. My granddaughter loves it and her little friend, but not worth the money really. I just feel it was expensive.

Very surprised by this house- love the color, very stable - my daughter loved it and all my friends compliments it- very happy with it, so far it has endured multiple kids playing at the same time, couple storms .

Very fragile

I love this super cute playhouse! I can’t get over the sink really works and there is a magnet to close the door! I’m in love!
