Premium Matcha - Japanese Green Tea Matcha Powder, Vegan, Gluten-Free (100g)

If you drink matcha in a casual way like through lattes and mixed drinks, this premium quality matcha is good enough quality. It’s still decently vibrant green, and it sifts easily and whisks well. I can’t get that same microfoam that’s in the most premium ceremonial grade matcha powder, but I’m happy enough for my oat matcha lattes that I make at home. I’ve been meaning to try the premium ceremonial grade matcha, where it’s harvested from uji, Kyoto and its bright green, as I’m sure it’s going to be slightly more sweet and aromatic and less bitter and earthy than this one. However those are very expensive, but a worthy investment I imagine for the matcha lover. Budget wise, this premium quality is much friendlier with not any significant downsides other than it’s a little earthier and bitter.

This matcha is ok for its price. Not nearly as high quality as it says it is but im also very picky about my matcha. It still makes a yummy matcha and still better than most Boba or coffee shop matcha but not the same and i dont feel the same energizing boost i get from my other brand....A decent middle ground

Was looking for a good every day Matcha as ceremonial can be pricey (especially with today’s economy) So far, it’s actually pretty good! I was a bit hesitant due to lack of reviews so I had to add one. Colour: the colour is a vibrant green, the packet I got is extremely fresh. It was a subtle green at first but once you put water & whisk, you can see the colour pop immediately which was a great sign to me Taste: it is a bit on the bitter side, however it’s such a bold/complex flavour with a bit of sweetness. I loved this matcha for my lattes (I like mines on the sweet side) so it was perfect. It’s pungent, but in a great way. Texture: fine grind, not gritty and you can tell the quality is pretty good. It foamed up better than I thought it would If you like a bold matcha latte, I highly recommend. Definitely will be adding this to my every day rotation!

The matcha powder I received was bright green and seemed very fresh. I was shocked by the quality and how affordable it was! Definitely recommended for beginner matcha makers.

don't waste your money , terrible cheap qauilty

This matcha tastes like booty. Can’t believe all the positive reviews; I drink a lot of matcha and was just looking for something cheaper, but cheaper really does mean lower quality in this case. Maybe if you’re not picky you’d like it, but it was super bitter and almost tasted acidic. The brown green color of the powder gave it away; good matcha is always brighter green.
