Smell like chemicals, probably not safe to put in nose.

Yes it helps if you have a divaited septum but they are way to big and your nose will look like it's getting stretched. I even re ordered the smal size and they are still huge! Not worth it sizes are wrong.

Company is not consistent in their sizing
I have been using the WoodyKnows small non filtered dilators for some time. I decided to give these a try and assumed these filtered ones would be the same size. Big mistake. These are much, much smaller. Suitable for a child. Very disappointed as they are non-refundable.
