Great! Effective, and handy. Love the size.
Woks great, handled all types of line easily. Quick and clean. Small enough to leave clipped to your belt and not in the way.

Sharp little scissors!
At first these looked pretty cheap, however after using them my opinion changed. These cut braid wickedly clean. 1 snip and no fraying. A little pricey considering you can get rapala scissors for $5 less, but I do like them and the orange handles make them easy to find

These bad boys are sharp!
These are the best fishing scissors out there! I love the fact that they cut through braided line like a hot knife through butter. My Dentist loves the fact I no longer close my split shot with my teeth I just use the crimper. This is a great tool for your tackle box at a great price!

These cut like an A-bomb thru butter!
I don't write reviews but these are the best braid cutters I have ever used and I have 60 years of fishing experience!!! I bought 3 more only moments after my first braided line cut with these scissors. My son and grandson won't have to search for good scissors like I've been doing for a long time and I'll have a pair in my fly tying stuff and another in my tackle. I've looked for scissors like this for a long long time and I was beginning to think they weren't possible. Wow! I am truly very impressed. AND THE PRICE IS INCREDIBLE--THE BEST DEAL IN ALL OF FISHING!!!

Excellent scissors for braided line
I bought these to keep on the boat, and so far they are working out great. I really like that both the scissors and the cap have lanyard attachment points. This lets you choose how you want the scissors to hang (point up or point down). You could also attach both the cap and the scissors to the included lanyard so that the cap does not get lost while you are are using the scissors. This is how I have mine setup in the photos and it works well if you want to wear them around your neck for quick access. This would be more useful in a fly fishing scenario compared to the saltwater fishing I typically do. As far as cutting performance, I've cut 6lb all the way up to 80lb braid with these, and it resulted in a clean cut on the first try, every time. The blades have micro-serrations so that they grab onto the braid and cut it cleanly. My cheaper pair from another company had smooth blades and it was much more difficult to cut the line. My only two concerns are that the metal does not extend all the way back in the rubber handle, and the pivot pin feels a little flimsy. We'll see how they hold up over the next few months, but for $8 they are cheap enough to replace if they fail or get lost.
