Easy to use and powerful
When i received the bike i had two problems, the instrument braket wath broken and a screw defective. The help line was very helpful and sent me a new braket and propose to reimburse the screw i'll buy. Concerning the bike i'm very satisfied . It takes two rides to acquire the right reflexes and use the gears properly. I'm not sure of the distance I can make with the bike using the electrical assist. I'll work on it to manage the best way to go far with the minimum of efforts but the assist is very helpful and powerful.

Easy installation
Bike was easy to put together. Seems well built and things went together easily. Only problem was front fender arrived cracked in half. I have contacted cybervelo for replacement.

Defective from first use
I purchased this electric bike with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience has not been the best. From the very first use, it started having issues: while accelerating, the bike stops responding properly and jerks, which makes the ride uncomfortable and even unsafe. Additionally, the display shows incorrect speeds (it goes up to 65 mph when it’s clearly not actually going that fast). I contacted customer support and they told me the issue might be the throttle lever, so they sent me a replacement. However, the shipping has taken far too long, and I still don’t know if this will actually fix the problem. It’s very disappointing because when you buy a brand-new product at this price, you expect to be able to use it without issues from the start. I expected better quality and a faster solution.

Quality Build!
Quality Build! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Everything was packed so securely. Putting together the bike was a breeze with the included instructions and also the videos online. The battery was charged when I got it so I took it out for a long ride and it performed exceptionally well. I am very very pleased with it

First impressions
Ordered two of these (one for me and one for wifey), these are our first e-bikes! Out of the box, these are pretty strait forward to assemble. We have been on two full rides so far, one to kill the battery so that we could give it a good break in charge (per the instructions) and another to really test out the range. The range is awesome!! We rode about 15 miles all around town with no problems. Really good power and a lot of fun honestly. Now on the flip side, I’ve noticed that on our second ride, the battery level percentage dropped from 98% to 44% literally in seconds. I put my wife’s battery in my bike, same level. This to me seems like the percentage it off and there is some sort of issue because these were fully charged and fresh batteries. This brought to my attention also that only my bike had a percentage level and not my wife’s, and upon further inspection my wife’s display was a lot more scratched and worn than mine? Again, this is just after our first two rides, I will continue to update. Hopefully the seller can provide some feedback on the issue!
