Update: I added 2 more pictures and some feedback from operating the bike. You can see that the bike build quality is excellent. Instructions and the linked video were very helpful in assembling the bike, which was simple anyway. All of the accessories aligned perfectly and work fine (fenders, derailleur, handle bars, brakes, cables, luggage shelf, etc). EV motor is powerful. My wife and I have been trying out both the PAS pedal assist, AND the direct throttle twist grip. The paint job is almost perfect. The tiny chipped paint spots near the chain were from shipping which I described below. I will easily fix with touchup paint. Customer service contacted me within a day to resolve the issue of the paint to my satisfaction. I’m happy with the bike as it is. I can recommend this company Bike was very well packed. Lots of padding and plastic covers to protect the paint. However, from the photo, you can see that the one spot that didn’t have any plastic covering was the right wheel arm. When I unpacked the bike, the chain had come off the sprockets. The chain chipped the nice paint job in the spots shown. Perhaps add a zip tie to the chain or add another cover over this arm? Also, does Cybervelo have any touch up paint? If not, I’ll go to Autozone or Orielly’s and find something close. The bike is very well made. It was a piece of cake to assemble. The tools are a nice feature. Paint job is very nice (except for the dinged paint from the chain). I’m not taking off any stars because we like the bike so much. Runs great.

Everything I was looking for in an E-bike! It is easy to switch from manual mode to the different levels of electric assist as I’m riding. It rides and handles smoothly on city streets. I really like the comfort of the handlebars and the seat; it fits like a dream! I have not tried it on gravel roads yet. It took my husband about 45 min to put together; the instructions were clear so that went smoothly. He reached out to the Cybervelo company about a headlight question and got an immediate response on how to address it. We really appreciate their customer service. It’s a great value for the money! I’m looking forward to summer time rides!

This bike is great! I had two problems and the seller fixed it for me. The first thing that happened was that FedEx lost the bike after three days. The seller sent out a new bike that I received a few days after that. The display worked for about 10 minutes, and then I could not get it to turn back on. The seller sent out a new display and it worked perfectly. Their customer service has been great. I have about 20 miles on the bike so far. My dh liked mine so much that he ordered one for himself. Assembly was easy with the handy tool that was included. I am a 5’3” female 125 lb and the bike is big and heavy but I can manage it. My toes just barely reach the ground with the seat as low as possible. I hop off when I am coming to a stop and that works fine. I am a 63 yo and hadn’t been on a bike in probably 25 years.

It’s really pretty and the seat is comfortable for a bicycle seat. It came packaged really well with all parts present. My 19 yr old grandson put it together. But some issues were present, so took to bike shop and it cost $160 to redo some of it and tighten and straighten handlebars, seat etc. really needs someone with some experience with bikes to put together. Doesn’t need bike shop to assemble but we needed special tool as crank set was put on wrong way so we took to bike shop. It takes some getting used too if this is first e-bike. Also I am 5’8 and seat is in lowest position so would not buy if shorter person. It weighs 60 pounds so it’s heavy if transporting in truck. I am gonna get bike rack which will make it easier. Have not rode it much but it was fully charged when I got it. It has lots of power for me and I only have on level 1. When you peddle it speeds up so doesn’t require much peddling. I wish it had pedal brakes but it only has hand brakes.

I just wanted to leave a review for the Cybervelo E2 ebike. This is actually the second one I purchased because we liked the first one we bought earlier that we had to get a second one. Shipping was pretty standard via FedEx but you do need to have someone present to sign for the delivery. Ebikes in general are pretty heavy, and this one is no exception but it's around average weight compared to other standard ebikes. Assembly for the Cybervelo E2 is fairly straightforward, just make sure all parts are aligned and pointing in the correct directions. After building one bike, subsequent assemblies should be a breeze. The features are surprisingly solid for the entry price point and has a lot going for it including great shock absorption with the front forks and seat, impressive manual disc brakes, and responsive assisted pedal modes. I've gone for a few test rides and it's been a joy to use, I can't wait to take it for a long full day ride and see how far I can get with the giant battery.

The Cybervelo EK210 is a simple to put together, solidly built and fun to ride E-bike. It took about an hour to assemble with very clear pictures in the owners manual for each of the steps. I feel safe on this bike even at top speed, a little more than 20 mph, and have received dozens of compliments on its looks. I had a minor problem with the battery charger which wouldn’t change from red to green after charging the battery fully and with no hassle Cybervelo sent me a new one FedEx. I will definitely recommend this bike to others!

I love the bike. It’s very smooth and easy to ride. I love that. I can also pedal if I need exercise I recommended to all my wife and I enjoy taking long bike rides together and then even stopping for lunch before we get home. It’s great fun.

I purchased this bike for my wife several months ago to replace her other stolen ebike. If you know your way around a bike, which I do, then the initial assembly is pretty straightforward and you'll be up and running in under 30 minutes. However, if you're not mechanically inclined, or you are but bikes aren't your forte, I suggest having a bike shop assemble it for you. Be prepared to having to tighten parts that the factory assembled. Don't assume because the the part was factory installed that it's assemble correctly. I have had to tune the brakes and the rear Derailleur since purchasing this bike. As a side note, I already own a whole host of specialized bike tools. Fixing these items weren't a big deal, for me, it may be a huge deal for those without the proper tools or skillet. The bike is adorable and very functional, but the motor is really underpowered if you're looking for a bike that should move quickly under just throttle power. My wife finds herself pedaling this bike much more than on her last ebike to maintain similar speeds. Luckily the bike is lightweight in comparison to her last one making it easy to store and transport in her building's elevator. Last note, the battery drains quickly. It's not a physically large battery as it's designed to neatly fit into the bike's downtube. So this isn't a quality issue, just a format/size issue. So far my wife gets around 12 to 16 miles per charge. We live in a very hilly area, so your mileage may vary. The battery charging process is not quick and it's strangely loud due to the cooling fan. We're definitely not getting the advertised 80 mile range. To get beyond 20 miles my wife has to be almost fully pedaling with only a minim of pedal assist. I probably wouldn't buy this bike again knowing what I know about it now.
