Fantastic ebike with lots of features!
I just wanted to leave a review for the Cybervelo E2 ebike. This is actually the second one I purchased because we liked the first one we bought earlier that we had to get a second one. Shipping was pretty standard via FedEx but you do need to have someone present to sign for the delivery. Ebikes in general are pretty heavy, and this one is no exception but it's around average weight compared to other standard ebikes. Assembly for the Cybervelo E2 is fairly straightforward, just make sure all parts are aligned and pointing in the correct directions. After building one bike, subsequent assemblies should be a breeze. The features are surprisingly solid for the entry price point and has a lot going for it including great shock absorption with the front forks and seat, impressive manual disc brakes, and responsive assisted pedal modes. I've gone for a few test rides and it's been a joy to use, I can't wait to take it for a long full day ride and see how far I can get with the giant battery.

Great bike
I received the bike 2 days before it was supposed to arrive (April11th). A friend put it together on April 14th. It took him about 2 hrs. I tested it on the street and it rides perfectly so far. I will update this review overtime to share if there's a problem . I have to share that I had to switch the seat because I am 5'0 and the original seat is adjustable but it was still too high for me so I swaped my seat from my older bike and now it feels it is the right hight for me. It is a beautiful bike. The only thing we can't figure out is that the handle bars are a little bit loose eventhough we tightened it at its max. So I will contact the seller to ask for recommendations.

Quality Build!
Quality Build! I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Everything was packed so securely. Putting together the bike was a breeze with the included instructions and also the videos online. The battery was charged when I got it so I took it out for a long ride and it performed exceptionally well. I am very very pleased with it

Bang for your buck
It’s not super heavy but has some weight to it. The color is beautiful, putting it together was easy!! I just wish the seat would go down a bit more so I’m not tip toeing on it but that’s what ya get for being 5’2. The speed is great, I use it to get to work (5 minutes from my house. It’s definitely worth the money! It’s

Ok stock but great with a few improvements
Overall, this has been a great bike for both my wife and me, though a few upgrades made a big difference. (For reference, I’m 6'2", 220 lbs, and my wife is 5'7".) On my first ride with the stock tires, I pinched an inner tube even at 45 psi, so I upgraded to 2.10-inch heavy-duty tires and tubes—which solved the issue. The stock mechanical brakes offered only modest stopping power, so I switched to hydraulic pull brakes that required an adapter bracket but significantly improved performance. The factory seats were passable, but comfort improved dramatically after upgrading to plush gel seats with true suspension seat posts. The originals felt rough, especially compared to the smoother ride with the new components. I also added rear rack bags for convenient storage. After these changes, I’d confidently rate this bike 5 stars for its power, battery life, and overall sturdiness. However, we did reprogram both bikes for throttle-only operation. The pedal assist was too abrupt—just a slight pedal movement would cause the bike to surge forward. For safety, especially when stopped at intersections, throttle-only mode provides much better control.

Customer service is top tier, bike does what it says it does (can't really get better than that)
Customer service is far beyond average. They were understanding and very quick to help with my particular issue. The bike arrived in an appropriate time frame, took about 30 minutes to assemble and works as described. There were a few little areas that were likely "bent" in transit (a pew spokes) the bend was not structurally problematic and the bike still rides beautifully. Based on the customer service and quality, I'd recommend this bike for commuting just maybe don't go above the 15mph until you get a handle on how it brakes (normal rider situational awareness stuff) Anyway, incredibly pleased with my purchase.

Great bike
The bike was really easy to put together, very durable and was easy to learn how to use. It’s top speed as faster than I need, but it’s nice to know it if I need it, it’s there.

Great price Quality bike for the price.
We ordered two bikes that took approximately 2.5 hours to assemble (total). The description on Amazon regarding the power is confusing but it is 48 volt battery @ 15 amp hour battery and not a 25 amp hour as listed. The documentation does not list specifications. Extra batteries are available but they are $299 on their website. For the price, it’s a quality e-bike.
