Magnum Solace Nighttime Magnesium Lotion with Arnica – Highly Concentrated Magnesium for Muscles & Joints – Apply to Legs or Feet Before Bed – Skin-Friendly

This a very rich thick lotion that is easy to apply and stays on well. It has a light fragrance that is present. It's non greasy and I find it very effect for use on my legs and feet. I love it and have purchased many times and will continue to I do so.

I have nerve damage in my left foot and have struggled with foot cramps off and on for most of my life (especially at night) but especially since the nerve damage. This cream helps so much! I have observed a noticeable difference in the number of foot cramps since using it every night. The texture is wonderful and it also smells amazing. Like all magnesium creams, you may notice some mild irritation if you rub it on your calves as well as your feet (I do, because I also struggle with charlie horses), especially after shaving your legs, but it's never been anything too bad for me and goes away after a minute or so.

After being immobile due to extended hospitalization I was diagnosed with neuropathy in my feet and legs. Fortunately I can walk now, however there is nerve damage causing tingling and numbness. After doing some research and recommendation by therapist I decided to try external magnesium to reduce the pin and needle pain constantly bothering me. I use this product interchangeable with magnesium oil. This is a miracle worker! There's a light lavender fragrance and a creamy consistency. Not a body butter, but thicker than regular lotion. A little goes a long way as I only apply it where there is pain. When massaged in it stops the pain from deep within. I love the added benefit of the arnica. There's a slight tingling sensation, that I attribute to the nerves calming. I even use to massage my shoulder muscle to relieve tension and tightness as I am also suffering from frozen shoulder. The product itself is 5 star🌟 worthy. I removed a star due to the tiny size for the price. it must be used sparingly otherwise a person suffering with nerve pain can frankly use the entire jar within a week or 2. As I am no longer able to work, and being approved for disability takes forever, I can't indulge as much as I would prefer with this product. In spite of the tiny size I do recommend!

Purchased for plantar fasciitis pain that I'd be dealing with for months. This product is amazing. It helped almost eliminate the pain in just a few days and along with wearing supportive shoes pain is completely gone. A little goes a long way. Light creamy texture without being greasy and has a nice smell. I also use it for my carpal tunnel, knee and back pains and I'm never disappointed with the results.

Applying this lotion to the bottom of my feet has become a part of my bedtime routine. I feel like it truly helps me have a deeper sleep. I also rub it into my hands for my arthritis, so the arnica added to the product is helpful for this, & the lavender scent is relaxing. I really like that it's not greasy either. All in all, a wonderful product & would definitely recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping!

I used this for sevetal days before leaving the review so I could leave a proper review. The good news is that it's a very good consistency. It absorbs well and it isn't an overpowering scent of lavender. I applied it to the bottom of my feet and also my lower back where I have discomfort during the night. I don't feel any difference or relief, other than it will leave the skin soft. I don't believe it will be effective for sleep or sore muscles, but I will continue to use it at night because I do like the scent.

This product is so lovely. As any menopausal women knows inability to sleep is a huge factor. This product calms and soothes. I put it on at night and put socks on a bit, as long as I can tolerate. I love this product and shared with many of my friends and relatives. My sister uses it topically for her hips at night and she says it does calm her continued fight from aging. She works out diligently so it seems to calm the aching joints for her. Personally, I love that it’s manufactured in U.S. gives me hope source ingredients are the same.

I just received the magnesium jar(s) about 3 days ago. So far so good. It has a nice smell, not greasy. I rub the cream on the backs of my calves and thighs before I go to bed. I also put it on the toes of my left foot because of a burning sensation. Every night I would wake up from cramps in my legs, never know which leg it will be. Since using this, I have not had any problems. It shows about 2 weeks to work, took me about 2-3 days. Great product and great buy

I use this brand of cream everyday on my back, calves and feet. It works like a miracle for me. It has helped me take the dogs walking a few times a day, it lets me move. This one has a low scent to it.

Works well for me, my joint pain is reduced, also I have very low magnesium levels. This will help with this as well.

J'étais pas mal sceptique. De plus dans la description, ça parle pas du dos et des lombaires. Après avoir lu des commentaires disant que ça leur faisait du bien pour le dos, je l'ai commandé. Aucun regret. J'applique sur les lombaires et fini les douleurs pour la nuit. Ça ne me réveille plus maintenant et ça fait plus de dix jours que je l'applique.
