I bought this to provide grip strength to my finger tips when doing cross stitching and embroidery, particularly with plastic canvas which can take some extra effort to pull needles through. Works great :)

This tape works decent for Jiu Jitsu. Doesnโt stay on as well as Fuji but also doesnโt cost as much.
