My favorite new flavor
This is my favorite new food! I love the sweet taste of ube in my coffee, in boba, oatmeal or on ice cream. It’s so delicious and adds a remarkable creaminess and full bodied flavor. It takes the bitterness out of coffee and makes it a pretty purple color. I made some for friends at a party and it’s their favorite new flavor too! You have to try this. I love it so much I bought a whole case this time. Good value too as they charge more for it at the Asian market near my home. I like that it’s made from vegetables and milk which means I get better nutrition in my beverage and it tastes amazing. Give it a shot. So good!

AT HOME UBE LATTE
I work at a boba/ cafe shop and I have worked at Dunkin before so I have always been a barista! (coming from a barista) I used 16oz clear plastic cups that come in a set and I measured the Ube creamer out by using just the bottom line of the cup (it was perfect!) I paired this with Starbucks(decaf) expresso pods and once it brewed I put in the brewer cup/expresso shot (SPECIFICALLY FOR HOT EXPRESSO DON'T USE A REGULAR GLASS/METAL CUP) i then had a shaker cup that goes to 700cc and i shook the expresso along with oat milk (vanilla flavoured) for a total of 1 min , to cool off the expresso . then i put ice inside the cup i have of ube (clear 16oz cup) and then i put the express x oat in there and i mixed them and it was an amazing ube latte, along with a slight sweet but bitter flavour(pairing was amazing) i suggest doing the"lungo" expresss technique as if you do the regular youll mostly have ube flavoring and a huge amount of oats! for me, i like having a balance of all 3. (hope you enjoyed this slight recipe and this review in detail)

Wonderful stuff!
This worked well in place of the old tried and true Milnot filled milk that is impossible to find nowadays. It whips nicely if you refrigerate it for a while and use a chilled bowl and beater.

Josh Clark
Bought this at the recommendation of Josh Clark from the SYSK podcast. It's good, but not "the most incredible thing you'll ever taste in your life." Tastes like fruity pebbles if you mix it with milk.

Delicious and beautiful
Yummy. Much darker than I had imagined, but has a good flavor and the color is gorgeous when incorporated into a recipe.

Super disappointed
Bitter as heck ! Made jello with it, and this stuff was bitter right out of the can. The most terrible bitter food coloring ever. I added extra sugar and ube flavoring to try to make it better, and that was a flop. It colors your mouth black and it’s so bitter it destroyed my recipe. What a waist of money, I have no clue why they call this condensed milk. I can’t imagine what anyone could use this for. It’s that bad. Terrible awful gross.

Ice cream ready!
I made ube oreo cheesecake ice cream with this…. When I tell you that it was rich and delicious… you better believe. Used my Ninja creami to make it.

Product is thick
I originally purchased Sweet Cow for the purpose of using it in coffee. I was not aware of how thick and difficult it was to extract the cream from the carton. The flavor is delicious. I would purchase again if a better extraction was available. Knowing me, I probably am unaware of a better way to remove cream, one coffee cup at a time.
