Old Printer not sure the ink helped. The printer head was plugged. Had to junk printer, as ink was very expensive and hard to find.

As always, Epson OEM cartridges, even though they are a bit more expensive, always (and I mean ALWAYS) never disappoint. Function is 100% reliable, print quality is unrivaled, and you receive fully charged cartridges (unlike other knock-offs). You may pay a little more for OEM, but the print quality and reliability is more than worth the pennies you might "save" on other "compatible" ink cartridges. Happy printing!

Genuine Epson Ink
I just received my product and it was just as advertised. This was shipped directly from Amazon, manufactured in Mexico, and had a valid expiration date in 4Q2011. I have been buying my genuine new Epson Ink cartriges for my Epson RX620 printer from Amazon for about 3 years now, and have always had perfect performance from the ink, and always received a brand new Epson ink product with a valid datestamp from Amazon. With all the concerns stated in the various reviews for this product -- the question I would have is if the ongoing subscription service offers results in some other seller sending old cartridges with expired dates (scratched out). I have no experience with that service, so I can't say.

This is Epson original ink cartridges providing good print quality.
These inks are original packaging and correct for my Epson RX620. Original inks do not seem to dry up as quickly, and the quality is much better. I have had problems with refilled cartridges with poor quality ink for my artwork, and occasionally the wrong cartridge size. I wish all 6 inks came in one box instead of ordering gray separately with this 5 ink box.

Packaging and shipping needs to be improved.
Product was as expected. Problem was the box was crushed a bit and I was afraid the cartridge may be damaged but it seems okay.
