It states it's a concentrate, so how much product do you mix with water?

2 ounces per gallon of water 1/2 ounce per quart. Mix only what you need. The unused portion can't be saved.

May it be used full strength?

Although it is totally organic it is in violation of Federal law to use any insecticide outside of the label usage guidelines. This should be mixed with water at the label suggested rates
