I don't want to re-use the same piece of floss for all the teeth. Is it manageable to slowly advance the floss to a fresh spot each time?

I divide my mouth into quarters. After flossing the 1st quarter, I wrap the floss once around the handle to advance to new floss, then repeat. I think this tool is GREAT!
