Definitely helps with inflammation and pain. This has been a staple supplement for years and my body can tell when I miss a dose.

I like taking dandelion for it’s antioxidants, inflammation reduction, and liver benefits. Family owned business for 90 years. -Made in the India. TX company -cGMP facility -Sounds like this is tested in-house at the cGMP facility where they have it manufactured in India. I prefer 3rd party testing. Deducted 1-star -Able to easily find company website -Contact information readily available compared to the many companies that don’t or partially provide contact information I'm not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.

This is made with clean ingredients. Lots of health benefits, do your research to decide if it will benefit you. They are easy to swallow. It decent size for the price. It seems to be of high quality. It seems to be working as it should.

This is probably a great item but I would be careful and watch for signs of allergy to dandielon. I was unaware I was allergic (there is an allergy warning on the bottle). I was having bad cystic breakouts on my right cheek (histamine overload), I also had the worst neck tension (also known as my right side). Intuitively I had a feeling it was this, I stopped this supplement and it all went away. Was bummed bc I have heard such great things if you can tolerate it.
