This is a noble idea and I find the watch very useful for kids in upper years primary school and secondary school whom parents don’t want to expose to using a phone yet but like to communicate with. The watch uses a Nano SIM card and one could dial or receive calls and hear clearly. With this, one can ring a child to know if they are at home or on the way etc. Kids can also play nice games and take nice pictures on the watch. The battery life is also good. I must note it is not quite functional to kids below the age 5 years.

This smartwatch failed after just two weeks of use. The screen completely stopped responding, making the device unusable. For a product marketed for kids (and parents’ peace of mind), this level of quality is unacceptable. Customer support was even worse than the product. I contacted them and ended up dealing with multiple support threads, each saying something different. One representative claimed they would replace the watch, while another asked me to send videos proving the issue. I promptly sent the videos and then… silence. No response. No replacement. No resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never heard back. Amazon support was also minimal and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with a broken product and no accountability from the seller. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor build quality, unreliable customer service, and zero follow-through. Do yourself a favor and look at other products. This one is not worth the hassle.

I bought this watch to be able to stay in contact with my child when they are out of the house. The GPS tracking is not very accurate unfortunately, however we use the watch for calling more than tracking and found it worked really well for us. Great value for the price, if the GPS tracking is not a priority. I originally purchased this watch in July, however by September it was no longer charging. I contacted the seller who asked me to send proof of the watch not charging. Once I sent the proof, they agreed to replace the watch free of charge. The replacement watch arrived the very next day! Very happy with the after sales service received from the seller and would recommend this product based on these points.

This product had more than 10000 reviews and a much higher rating when I ordered it. I received something that does not connect at all, the watch freezes and it has all kind of weird dysfunctions. I came back to check the page for some help or troubleshooting, only to find out that all the reviews are gone. What kind of robbery is this? I initiated a return.

It’s “ok” I purchased this as reviews said it was Just as good as dearer brands to keep track of my son when he out playing locally. The call/FaceTime function is good I can speak and hear clearly. Although the tracking ain’t great. We switched from a phone to this so that he wasn’t carrying about a phone with potential to leave it lying about or lose it but the tracking is defo not as good as the iPhone tracking. It glitches, takes a few seconds to update and then the tracker doesn’t move when I know fine well he isn’t where it says he is example the local park and it is says he is still at home when he isn’t and the watch is on his wrist. I did see a couple of other reviews stating this also . The main reason I have chosen to keep it is purely as I can call him with ease without him or us worrying that he will lose it as the watch is on his wrist firmly. He is 9 in primary 5 for reference. Also it has a function of setting a timer which is good so I set a timer on his watch and you can set it for a week choosing the time you need each day for it to go off and when it goes off when he is out he knows to come home. You can also send voice notes and texts. Another good function is that only the parents/guardian can add other phone numbers to this and you can set them to “mum, dad or other” so when they are calling it’s easy for them to find you” It has a range of games on the watch also. It does have some good functions yes but the tracking could be more accurate and faster if I’m honest.

Beautiful watch for kids Attractive digital watch to kids. Accepts Nano sim card and can dial or receive calls/messages, but camera quality is poor. Quite a few game activities to engage a child without having to get on the screen and watch can be pass worded for security.

It works but the signal is crappy and it takes over 20 seconds to dial when my kid tries to contact me... which isn't great. The messages take long to send also. It's definitely the device and not the sim that's a problem. The signal sometimes gets lost completely or puts my kid miles from his school, which worried me several times. If I were you, I'd invest a little more in something more reliable. I like that it doesnt go on the internet etc, its just for tracking and contacting my kid, little games are disabled, but those functions that are at the core should work perfectly and they do not.
