Worked like a charm
Looks very nice, seems very solid... perfect for a costume at a renfest. And it's functional- put my wallet and phone and keys (fat key fob was a tight fit but worked just fine in the divided pocket section). Good stuff, no regrets.

Great Product
I bought this to use as a belt loop cartridge carrier for my 71/84 Mauser, the rounds fit almost perfectly lengthwise, and I can't tell you the number of rounds it holds, as the 40 brass I own is not enough to fill it. I would guess at around 50-60 though. If you have any of the big 11mm to 45 cal rifles this a great option for rounds that don't fit anywhere due to size.

It's a leather box on a loop. In a good way.
The leather is quite nice. The finish is a bit more fragile and surface-level than I had hoped for, lightening quite rapidly where is gets flexed the most, and the way it's gusseted means that quite a bit of "breaking-in" has to happen before its full volume can be utilised. The lower strap keeper it a bit too tight, and too close to the screw stud, making it pretty much impossible to close securely with one hand. Luckily it stays closed moderately well without the keeper. And the belt loop hangs higher above the pouch than I really care for: it's length and position make the bag hang a little awkwardly on my 1.5 inch belt, though at least it's large enough that it should hang well on a 2 inch belt (something that sadly cannot be said for my other bags) And the embossed logo on the front is quite unappealing.

This item is absolutely gorgeous. I bought this and the larger one for a LARP, and they are both perfect. The leather is great quality, and it looks exactly like the picture. Only minor concern is that the belt loop might be a little smaller than stated. It'll only just fit my 1.5" belt.
