Perfect
One of my favorite purchases this year. I was sick of the cheap, flimsy Chinese steamers I had been using. This one is more effective, more stylish, and more portable than any steamer I have had previously. I love that it doubles as an iron. I love the glove, silicone plate cover, and the travel pouch it comes with. I got it in green, and it’s so cute I don’t even feel compelled to put it away when I’m done using it. I love looking at it. Heats up extremely quickly and holds a decent amount of water.

Scam of a product
Worst product ever! Worked for 5 minutes and it stopped- refused to produce steam despite all the troubleshooting! They won’t take it back! Such a dud and waste! Same story with another similar product from this company! Consumer protection authorities ought to investigate this company!

Super handy!
Love it! Great for traveling and I love that it can iron as well. It’s also beautiful to look at and heats up fast. Just wish it could hold more water - find myself needing to refill really frequently.
