Oh, this is incredibly beautiful. I fell in love with this pan on the website, and every day I use it, I fall in love with it more and more. It brings me satisfaction and pleasure in cooking. Yes, it's not light, it's heavy, which means the bottom is stable and doesn't move. It's great for cooking borscht, jellied meat, and cabbage rolls. When you need to cook a large amount and have room for liquid, it's simply super-duper.

Good pot!
I ordered this when the one I wanted came broken and I had to return it. I am glad I found this one as it's sturdy and nice looking, and my first stew I made in it was delicious and did very well. I start out heating slowly but then up to simmering and it did great!

Very good, many plusses
A good sized pot for making larger amounts of stocks and soups. Well made with a well fitting lid. Used to make more soup than I previously could. No food stuck to the bottom of the pot and the handles don't get too hot for moving the pot to another location. Steel very shiny and definitely thick enough, also not too heavy.
