I picked up this 21" BBQ Blanket for resting smoked meats, and it absolutely delivered. I used it on a rack of smoked ribs and it kept them perfectly warm for a little over an hour with no problem. The insulation really does its job — the ribs were still hot and juicy when I sliced into them. I did get a little bit of juice on the inside, but cleanup was incredibly easy. A quick wipe with a paper towel and it looked good as new. No staining, no lingering smell, nothing.
