Great texture, thick and creamy
What a great shake. I make a shake each morning with skimmed milk and it is lovely, thick and creamy. Packed with vitamins this shake is a great way to start your day. Good value for money also. I don't use it as a slimming shake but it does maintain my weight and keeps me full until lunchtime. Easy to use as a scoop is included so a shake can be prepared in minutes.

Slim fast meal replacement
I have 2 of these chocolate meal replacement drinks. 1 at breakfast and the 2nd at lunch. 3rd is a proper hit meal. So far I have lost 2 stone since January 2026. Do not do 3 a day or else you will be ill. I did this in the past, and I was ill for a while. Take care 😊

mix well!
These are a lot cheaper than other varieties and been around a long time, but the taste is a bit bland. Good for skipping one or two meals . I prefer them with semi skimmed milk rather than skimmed. A shaker cup is a good idea.
