MacFox and Amazon Support is non-existent
This review is for both Amazon and MacFox. I got into an accident with my bike and the forks got bent. I tried purchasing new forks through MacFox (which they admittedly sell) but they refused, and referred me to Amazon. Then, i come to Amazon click 'Need Product Support' and hit a dead end. I can not seem to find anyone that wants to make money by helping me!

Rear brake issue and customer service
Rear brake lost all pressure in less than 30 miles. Sent three emails to the two listed manufacturer customer service addresses with no response. Transaction through Amazon was good. Customer service from Macrox not great.

Great e-bike for price
I got this bike for my son 3 weeks ago and he loves it. He says the seat is comfortable, the range is good, and he enjoys riding around with his friends. The quality of this bike is amazing and has short build time out of the box.
