Size for 5' 11" 225lbs ?

I'm 5'11" 235. Beer barrel shape. I like a loose fit. Normally wear xl bought xxl and after a little shrinkage they fit pretty well. 2 things to mention that some reviewers have complained about. The neck hole is a little tight around your neck. I personally like that because there's nothing worse than a loose saggy neck in a T-shirt IMO. Also the shoulders are a bit wide over the arms at least until they shrink a little. I wear these as under shirts so it's not an issue. If you're pumped you will fill it out. I know this is a long answer and may be TMI but I hate one sentence vague answers to my own questions. Good luck

I know that they are pre-shrunk, do they shrink any more? How much?

These sleeveless shirts are my new work wear as I dislike sweaty, mashed-up sleeves under my arms. I ordered XL knowing I'd wash in cold water & either hanger dry or use clothes dryer. Using low dryer there is minimal shrinking, but still feel roomy.
