It's okay I guess. It has a good flavor but zero heat. I have very low tolerance for spice/heat but this one has none whatsoever. I understand it says mild but mild should have something still, right?

Absolutely tasteless. We make kimchi regularly and usually use a different brand of gochugaru. I cheaped out this last time and bought this brand. It did nothing but color the kimchi red and cover your teeth in red flakes. No flavor, no heat, and had a weird texture, like flaked plastic or paint. Save your money and avoid this one.
