This scooter is everything and exactly as advertised. Only order the "Gyroor" brand do not purchase a similar brand/model. This scooter is high quality and well manufactured. I purchased this model so my dog can go exploring with me while we are camping at the various Pennsylvania State Parks. He sits comfortably in the front basket. We always get stopped to chat about this scooter. I highly recommend this scooter and by word of mouth have probably sold a few to the acquaintances I've come across at the campgrounds.

Overall a really solid vehicle. Only thing I am not a fan of at this time is that the seat is not incredibly comfortable.

The scooter its self is nice as far as looks , it was easy to put together except for getting the handle bars completely straight, still haven’t been able to but that’s maybe a me problem. No matter what I did ; the fastest I could get it to go was between 13-18 mph, even though it states it goes higher. Unfortunately, I only got to ride it for a couple days due to the fact, I was riding it and there was a big hole in the side walk and I went to break and it wasn’t working as well as I hoped and doing so I flew over the handle bars , into the road and broke my leg in 5 places and needed two surgeries, but on the bright side some how the scooter manage to still be standing while I’ve had 2 surgeries, gotta be out of work for 2-3 months, currently not mobile due to how bad my break was; I had to first get a external fixture and then another surgery to remove the external fixture and put in a internal fixture and i can’t bare no weight on that leg for at least 6 weeks. I said all that to say , it’s a beautiful scooter , works well , smooth ride but also very dangerous , so use with caution and wear a helmet. And you may want to consider getting another light for it if you ride it at night cause the light isn’t the bright in my opinion. But it definitely durable, cause after the accident ; it’s still standing strong and riding great;. Literally nothing at all happened to the scooter. Still in perfect condition.

Smooth riding, perfect size and basket is awesome for errands and shopping. Good speed and suspension is perfect. Paid for itself already without car insurance and gas. The only scooter that I will buy going forward. I’m constantly being stopped and asked questions. I’m proud of my great taste and have encouraged everyone to buy one also. E-bikes are really taking over the city.

I’ve had it since May, 2025. So far EXCELLENT!!!!!!

My dog and I both love this scooter. We get to explore everywhere together. He fits in perfectly. He is 22lbs. Battery lasts well and its a comfortable ride. Also great for groceries

The item I received can't start, the brake line is also broken. Missing two parts.

The power cord was ripped from the handlebars, and I believe this was a return from someone else. I’m not able to return it because it would be too much of a hassle. I’ve purchased another one. Hopefully this will be right.
