Sturdy, safe and amazing scooter
My 11 yr old daughter has been asking for a electric scooter. This scooter is awesome, comfortable and the speed for this scooter is perfect, fast but not to fast especially for kids. It has a basket in the back to hold your things and also an additional basket that you can take off that is by your feet. She rides it's everyday and the charge holds well. The design of this scooter is nice, it has a nice comfortable seat and very easy to drive it, it's very stable especially when my daughter and granddaughter ride it together. If you're looking for a scooter that is durable, great in price and holds a good charge definitely buy this one. She rides this scooter while I walk out dog. Uphills, downhill it does it all. Side note. I took this to the park for my daughter's 11th birthday and it lasted 4 hours. It finally died when we were getting ready to leave.

Great scooter and customer service!
Iโm extremely happy with this scooter and the customer service from the company. The scooter is well-made, smooth to ride, and exactly what I was looking for. Itโs reliable, easy to use, and has exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was the customer service. The company was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. Itโs refreshing to deal with a business that truly cares about its customers. Overall, a great experience from purchase to delivery โ I would definitely recommend both the scooter and the company to others!

Fun and worth the money
I am middle aged and overweight. I was surprised I could find a bike in my price range. It talk half an hour to put together. It wasnโt super complicated but I did watch the video and it was easier. I am having so much fun driving it around the neighborhood. I work from home and I needed something to get out of the house for a half hour each day. Iโm still getting my bearings on taking turns and I am going to buy a turn signal kit cause I canโt comfortably take a hand off the handlebars to manually signal. But overall I am so happy with the purchase. I have only had it a week but I have used it every day. Oh I would be careful what you put in the basket. It really needs to be tied down. I have had multiple items jump out. Also note it is heavy and hard to bring up and down stairs but I am getting into a groove.

Good quality bike doesn't go as long range as advertised only about 6 miles one charge
This is a very durable and quality made bike it lasted me a little over a year and almost 2,000 miles before I forgot it was a scooter not a motorcycle and I hit the accelerator too hard and I snapped the throttle well I've had to replace the brakes a couple times and of course a back tire and front tire once but both of those were doable at home taking the throttle somewhere was just not convenient for me I would recommend this I purchased another one the exact same even though it was a couple of hundred dollars more expensive than other similar ones on the market I trust this brand now that I've taken it through rain sleet and snow also I have to say that their customer service is pretty good considering that they're responsive and you can even get a person on the phone if you go through the process and they will probably walk you through some things if you needed them to anyways I recommend this scooter it climbs Hills really well I put lots of weight in the basket and I I noticed that it only goes about 6 miles on one charge but it could also be the up and down Hills the steepness of the inclines and so on and so forth it definitely will reach 18 mph but she will definitely drain your battery a lot faster so I recommend the middle speed it also takes all day to charge well maybe I'm exaggerating about half a day so better have your charger if you can and charge it at your destination if you're going to be there for at least 4 hours

Don't bother! It can be a nightmare.
I regret this scooter a lot! The front end of the scooter has some sort of damage, and the inside back of brake caliper was being cut by the brake disc. It took over a week to get a response after sending proof of my purchase to their support team. Which was an AI, and double posted when it finally did respond. This was the weekend the scooter arrived. They were fast to respond when I first emailed them, but then it just fell off after I sent proof of purchase. Now I have to wait for them to send parts, for me to manual fix the fix myself. If I was just replacing the brake disc only, but I have to replace the brakes myself, it would be fine. It is going to be a nightmare, because these brakes are just sitting on a bolt that is barely on there, because it uses a million spacers to get right into place. There is no easy to setup these spacers, you have to keep playing to get it right. It's going to take forever to get right without bringing back the same problem. Not to mention these are very cheapo brand, know to have issues. The crazy part is, the next step up for decent budget brand everyone uses isn't that much more. Even with experience in the past working on bikes, I do not want to do this, and shouldn't have to a brand new scooter. Don't waste you money. These things look fun, and awesome to be a little grocery hauler, but it's not worth it. The range is meh, and using eco mode is not feasible unless you live on perfect roads, and perfect straight. It is a nightmare to get support. I had to call, to be sent to email, and again the email took over a week for them to response to my me after I sent proof a receipt. That is not acceptable time of response on a product I just received. Nor is it accessible I am going to have to spend hours fixing it, or pay more money out of pocket to a bike shop fix it if I don't want to waste my time fiddling with this, especially if I expected to replace the brake cable as well, since the little "weld" they put on the end of the cable of it being set to size exploded, and the wires uncurled. Even at sale price this just isn't worth it. The basket is nice, but honestly, It still only fits my insulated grocery bag, and one or two boxes of crackers, or other snack, depending on size. You can get the same done with ebike with a rear rack. Plus with the pedals you can extend range, or even pedal home if need be. Also check your local laws, these scooters are not allowed to be driven an hour before sunrise, and not after sunset.

so much fun!
Just got this scooter so can't speak to longevity yet but wow is it a ton of fun. It took a little work to get it put together and I ended up finding another little wrench to attach the back basket beca'5use the handle on the provided wrench was so long that I couldn't get even a half turn out of it. I wish at least one of the baskets had a tighter weave so it'd hold my cell phone securely but that's an easy enough fix with a little bogg bag or something similar. I appreciate both the brake light and the headlight for visibility during the day. there are no turn signals. This is the first scooter I have ever owned so I don't know if that is normal but just know there are no turn signals. I weigh about 180 and am 5'5" and this is easy to adjust so that if fits me. I like that it cycles through the available top speeds and have so far only used it on my gravel road. It is an improved road, not "just" dirt, but with the pneumatic tires the ride is surprisingly smooth. It is cute, fairly light and easy to put in and out of a vehicle to take on trips or something. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. the only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how to make it go once it was turned on. It took a minute but I accidentally figured out that the right handle has a split in it and that if you turn it toward you, you'll go and you use that to speed up slow down. That is the only thing I've found so far that wasn't explained in the instructions. The seat is super comfortable and at 5'5" and 180 it was super easy to adjust the seat to a height that worked for me. Overall I'm very pleased. I got it on sale for a bit less than $400. It came all in one box, was mostly assembled and works great so far.
