Used for the health benefit of natures antibiotic. It did not cause stomach upset, had no taste, good quality. Did not offer pain relief, but that was not its purpose, its more of a preventative supplement. Good value for the money with reasonable size capsules, easy to swallow.

Great quality with only a few ingredients the oregano oil, the black seed oil and the three ingredients to make the soft gel cap. These are a great thing to help your immune system and helps you from sick I think it helped me from getting sick quite a few times, I had no issues with swallowing them or even getting the burping up of their oregano because I now oil oregano can be strong, swallowing on was easy and they seem to be a perfect size for me! I didn’t notice anything regarding a energy boost like some people had say!! One thing to know that oil of oregano is sort of like a natural blood thinner and make sure bought a little thinner so just be careful if you’re taking any blood thinners or aspirin for some people!!

I have serious doubts as to whether these actually contain the ingredients listed on the label. Because oil of oregano is a very potent, strong-smelling oil, you should be able to smell it opening the package, but there is no oregano scent, even when I broke open a capsule!! I agree with another reviewer who also broke open a capsule: there is no discernible oil of oregano. True oil of oregano has a very strong smell; this does not. I've used other oil of oregano products that helped to clear infection. I was taking these, expecting the same results, and they did not help at all with infection. The other brand I tried goes to work immediately and it's discernable. Needless to say, I've gone back to my tried and trusted Zane brand and won't be trying cheaper brands like this again.
